no it hasn't. I used to farm minotaurs and would use this to soften them up and I never caught the disease even when I stood in the middle of them in the past. Does it really spread to party members now??

What mobs were you using it on? Disease will spread to nearby players of the same type, so humans will spread to humans, minotaurs to other minos, but won't spread to eachother. If you cast it on a human mob, it will spread to your party. Also, pets all count as 1 type.

No, it hasn't been like that. I've been using Rotting flesh (in this case on Jade Brotherhood) for a very long time in my MM build to do some health degen, and it has never spread to the fighters like it is now.

It used to never spread from AI human characters to PC human characters, but apparently that has been fixed. I haven't noticed disease spreading to/from different monster types, though.

Until the newest update, Disease has never affected your party if you are the one who casts it, in PvE only. In PvP, however, everyone is affected. Now if the update makes Rotting Flesh affect you in PvE, then, use Tainted Flesh + Rotting Flesh. Keep casting TF on your party. Any thing using ranged attacks will be affected by RF. TF makes you and your party immune to disease if I'm not mistaken.
Enjoy!
